Standardized construction of biobank

Abstract

Abstract:

Biobank plays a positive role in promoting the realization of research into clinical applications. The development of biobank construction is growing fast in recent years，but the difference is significant both at the scale and management level. The standardized construction of biobank is very important for ensuring the samples to have long-term storage safety and stability，and to provide high quality samples for both basic research and clinical applications.

0～-60℃	为组织和细胞内水分的结晶温度。在此范围内，组织内的水开始发生结晶伤害和组织微观结构变化	各种冷冻冰箱	可中长期保持经过提纯的生物大分子的稳定性，但不能保持组织中的生物大分子的稳定性、细胞活性及组织微观结构
-80℃	低于水的结晶温度，样本内的生化反应显著减弱，是较为安全的储存温度，同时也是目前自动化储存设备所能提供的最低温度	超低温冰箱	可中期保持组织内生物大分子的稳定性；短期保持细胞活性和组织微观结构
